For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term “we”, “us”, “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean SHRI MAHACHARYA VIDYALAYA TRUST, whose registered/operational office is #2352/5-A-2M, Mahacharya vidyalaya, Mayuri Estate, Keshwapur, Hubli HUBLI KARNATAKA 580023 . “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

  • We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
• Disclaimer Policy: 
  • We are a religious organization with a focus on good service to devotees. With that view we construct various programs and events to ease your spiritual engagement with us. At no time this can be construed as a privilege. Any references to specific individuals or organizations are done with noble intent and done with information that is available publicly or through other means. We cannot be held responsible for any ensuing effect on either the devotees or others. However, we do continue to strive to be a responsible organization with professionalism as an underlying construct.
• Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Most of the transactions/payments related to Sevas or donations do not involve any packages for shipping. So nothing will shipped.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

SHRI MAHACHARYA VIDYALAYA TRUST believes in helping its Sevakartas & Customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• SHRI MAHACHARYA VIDYALAYA TRUST does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. 
• All efforts will be made by our team of student & volunteers at the event venue for any program to honor your bookings. But due to unforeseen circumstances or owing to any change of travel plans of important people, if your booking is not honored, we expect you to understand the changed scenario and accept modifications or cancellations at any time. You also agree that you will not claim any damages of what so ever nature owing to such modifications or cancellations, including but not limited to travel and stay expenses of yours and beyond.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the SHRI MAHACHARYA VIDYALAYA TRUST, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
